Travel from Host

Dear Susannah,

Please answer about dispatching, does our host coordinator are going to do it, as here we haven't any transportation (besides taxi) to Oklahoma City.

Dear Tigran,

I answered this question in the last post on page 4. But I will repeat. Fellows need to arrange travel from their university to their local airport. If you do not know where to start with this I would suggest that you talk to your coordinator for ideas. Most are always willing to help you get to where you need to go. Always take a shuttle if possible, if there is no shuttle and one cannot be arranged (some universities have shuttles to airports during busy times), you can have a friend drive you, or you can take a taxi as a last resort. If there are shuttles available we will only reimburse for shuttles.
