Who will meet us in DC

Hello Dear Denise, Annah and Amber,
I want to ask you who will dispatch and meet us on 16th of May?
Thank you.
Conference Arrival
Thank you for your question Tigran. Fellows will be expected to get to the conference hotel (information will be sent out soon) by themselves. As there are only three of us we will not be able to meet you at the airport. We will, however, be waiting for you at the hotel when you arrive to register for the the final conference. Transportation around DC is very easy and we will be sending out information about ground transportation in a forthcoming travel note. Short of specifics this is what I can tell you now.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION—from the Washington airport/train station
If you are flying, look closely at your ticket for the name of the airport. There are three airports in the Washington, DC area. Most of you are traveling to Washington-Reagan/National Airport (DCA). Some of you are traveling to Washington-Dulles Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI).
If you are arriving at any of the three local airports, you must take a SuperShuttle to the hotel. These are the BLUE VANS parked outside the baggage area. If you arrive in a group, please tell the SuperShuttle attendant that you have a group of travelers for special discounts. We will reimburse you for the shuttles when you arrive and register on Sunday the 16th for the final conference. For anyone arriving by air, no taxi rides will be reimbursed.
Closing Out - Logistics

Hello again,
Will fellows be met only at the airport in Washington? Is it possible to arrange meeting of some group of people at the train station (me and some fellows are going to travel a little around, and on the 16 th of May we arrive to Washington by train for the closing session)?
Closing Out - Logistics
Hi Elena. Actually we will not be able to meet fellows at train stations, airports, or bus stations. Fellows will be responsible for getting to the conference hotel and we will reimburse them for transportation expenses. A more detailed letter will be sent out explaining what will and will not be reimbursed.
If you would like to meet up with fellows I suggest you start communicating with the group to see who is arriving when and who wants to meet up and where. Thanks :)
Travel from your Host to DC
GROUND TRANSPORTATION—to the airport/bus/train station from your host university
You will need to organize your own ground transportation to the airport or train station near your host university. JFDP travel policies require that you take a shuttle to the airport. If a shuttle is not available, you may take a taxi or have a friend drive you. Please note: if you do choose to get a ride with a friend, you must notify the JFDP office in advance of your arrival at the conference so that we may properly calculate the reimbursement for the mileage of the trip . Your ground transportation receipt will be collected during conference registration and you will be reimbursed for the expense. REMEMBER – YOU MUST GET A RECEIPT FROM THE SHUTTLE OR TAXI. Without a receipt the JFDP office will be unable to reimburse your travel expenses.
