Definitions
"The JFDP Forum" is comprised of the website, pages, and links with the homepage or beginning website at http://www.jfdp.org/forum. It is owned and operated by American Councils for International Education. "The JFDP Forum" is managed by "JFDP Administrators & Staff".

A "Registered User" or the "Registered User" is anyone who establishes a connection with, or accesses the pages starting with the home page at http://www.jfdp.org/forum, and has read and signed this Disclaimer.

Use
"The JFDP Forum" reserves the right to ban any user from accessing any part of "The JFDP Forum" at any time for any reason without prior notification. "The JFDP Forum" reserves the right to delete any posting at any time, for any reason. There are no warranties expressed or implied as to the results obtained from the use of the information contained herein.

No advertisements, Banner Ads, or unsolicited sales are allowed, nor is endorsement of any product by a Registered User.

Assumed Risk
A Registered User assumes all risk for using "The JFDP Forum" pages, including but not limited to, the possibility of reading provocative material (not likely), the possibility of being harassed by other visitors, the possibility of downloading a computer virus, and/or any other foreseen or unforeseen possibility.

Responsibility & Ownership
A Registered User who accesses "The JFDP Forum", except for reading this for the first time, agrees to indemnify, and hold harmless, American Councils for International Education against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, costs and expenses which may be sustained by reasons of any injury to or death of any Registered User, or for any loss or damage to property owned by any Registered User, caused by any negligent act or omission on the part of American Councils for International Education Web Manager, or any staff member of American Councils for International Education. Furthermore, the Forum Master is not responsible for and will not become involved in any forum transaction(s) or discussion(s), and/or is not responsible for any and all damages arising from the use of "The JFDP Forum". The Forum Master reserves the right and maintains the responsibility to remove any item from any forum at time for any reason. "The JFDP Forum" shall not be used for unlawful purposes.

"The JFDP Forum" is not responsible for the content of any forum message, link, page, website, or directory listing contained herein. Areas of "The JFDP Forum" are word writeable. The Registered User assumes all risk for downloading and/or uploading information from this website. Regardless, American Councils for International Education Webmaster is not responsible for any information posted by a Registered User or accepted and/or used by a Registered User. The Registered User agrees to access "The JFDP Forum" at his/her own risk.

Copyright Statement
American Councils for International Education holds copyright protection over all the images, content, and code contained in "The JFDP Forum", with some exceptions. A full list of images and ownership is maintained and held at American Councils for International Education offices.

Violation of Terms of Use
Offending, flaming, defaming, hearsay, shouting (posting your entire post in all capital letters), or otherwise using what the Forum Master claims is offending, flaming, defaming, hearsay, or shouting shall not be tolerated and the Forum Master or appointed person will remove the post. The Forum Master is not required to notify the offender.

"The JFDP Forum" reserves the right to ban any user from accessing any part of "The JFDP Forum" at any time for any reason.

Privacy Policy
American Councils for International Education has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Your Information is Private
Registered Users are requested to enter limited personal information during Information Requests. Under no circumstance will the Forum Master or American Councils for International Education sell, transfer or disseminate this personal information gathered by the "The JFDP Forum" site to any other entity.

Statistic product collects information about visitors to "The JFDP Forum" and JFDP site only. This information will also not be sold, transferred or disseminated to any other entity. The Forum Master in cooperation with American Councils for International Education may display aggregated data to show industry trends (such as browser share). However, this data shall be the average of many thousands of sites and will in no way linked to individual users.

User Information is Secure
Register User information is secure because American Councils for International Education does not store information on the server. All personal information is stored in a location where access is restricted to organization management only.

How "Cookies" are Used
Register Users and Visitors should be aware than non-personal/non-critical information, such as IDs and generic letter/number combinations may be stored and collected by the "The JFDP Forum" through the use of "cookies". The Forum Master uses "cookies" solely for the purpose of maintaining sessions such as users/customers login status, and order/product status. "Cookies" are required for "The JFDP Forum" and functionality may or may not work with "cookies" disabled.

How Javascript is Used
Register Users and Visitors should be aware that Javascript is required for "The JFDP Forum" to function properly. Javascript code aids in the processing and validation data, and does not pose any security risk for users or user information. The American Councils for International Education website may or may not work as intended if Javascript is disabled.

Registered Users should feel free to browse the Site. Registered Users may also download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, personal use provided the user retains all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Arbitration
Any controversy, dispute or question arising out of, in connection with, or in relation to this Agreement or its interpretation, performance, or non-performance, or any breach thereof which cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties shall be determined by arbitration in the District of Columbia, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The cost and expenses of such arbitration, including compensation of the arbitrator(s), the prevailing party's attorney(s) and the stenographer employed by them, shall be paid by the party against whom the arbitrator renders a decision. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties abovementioned and may be entered as a final decree or judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
