2009 Junior Faculty Development Program

The Junior Faculty Development Program provides university instructors with a semester-long opportunity to expand knowledge and expertise in their academic field by attending classes and working with faculty members at universities in the United States. Individuals may apply for Fields in the humanities and Social Sciences.

The competition is open to Citizens from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.

Applications in Eurasia* must be received at an American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS office by the deadline of
17:00, AUGUST 29, 2008

Applications in Southeast Europe** must be received at an American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS office by the deadline of
17:00, SEPTEMBER 5, 2008

Applications in Croatia must be received at the INSTITUTE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION IN ZAGREB – the office representative of American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS in Croatia by the deadline of
17:00, SEPTEMBER 5, 2008
