- Digital camera or scanner to upload photographic image file.
- Adequate Internet connection
- Web browser: Firefox or Internet Explorer
- Printer to print a copy of your application for your records.
IMPORTANT: If you do not have the necessary technological capability to submit an online application, we ask that you download the Word document application and submit a printed application to your nearest American Councils representative office.
